We are seeking experienced Automation Engineers to join our team at TestCustomer in Tromsø, Norway. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance our testing processes and improve product quality.

Your tasks include:

• Designing and implementing automated testing processes for software and hardware systems.

• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve issues.

• Performing tests, analyzing results, and reporting any defects or errors.

• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or hardware automation testing.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
